Cera Trap System® combines liquid and trap in a single product that lasts approximately 100 days.
Cera Trap System® is an effective and 100% organic system to combat fruit flies. It is easy and comfortable to use, and reduces the labor force and energy costs required to combat Ceratitis capitata.
The efficacy of the new Cera Trap System® has been proved in pest control; it is respectful with the environment as it is free from insecticide both in its formulation and when used in traps.

Crops
Ceratitis capitata mostly affects citrus and fruit trees, in particular the following species:
Citrus trees: orange, mandarin, lemon, grapefruit.
Fruit plants and trees: peach, apricot, medlar, nectarine, cherry, plum, avocado, blueberry, fig, kaki, cherimoya, strawberry, pomegranate, kiwi, mango, apple, pear, quince, pineapple, banana, etc.
Dose
The density of Cera Trap System® per hectare should be approx. 15% to 20% higher than the density recommended for flytraps.
When to use it
As the effect of Cera Trap System® lasts longer than other common systems, traps may be placed 45 days prior to the commercial ripening of the fruits indicated on the traps.
